Can I use SPEEDHOME Pay Rent Get Rewards to pay rent if I did not rent through SPEEDHOME?

Yes, you can still use the platform to manage your rental payment & get rewarded in your journey.

  1. Go to the SPEEDHOME homepage and click on the “Login” button.
  2. Enter your mobile number and click the Login | Register button.
  3. Enter the 4-digit OTP sent to your mobile before clicking on Verify.
  4. Enter your legal name, email address and click on the Register button.
  5. Navigate to the Dashboard page.

How to register on SPEEDHOME Pay Rent Get Rewards?

Yes, you can sign up for as many rented properties you need.

Can I sign up for multiple rented properties?

You can use SPEEDHOME for room rental. However, rewards are only applicable to whole unit high rise / landed properties where monthly rental prices are RM800 and above.

Can I use SPEEDHOME Pay Rent Get Rewards for room rental?

You will receive a reminder 7 days before the rental due date through email and 1 day before and subsequently after until rental payment has been received.

How will I be reminded to pay the rent every month?

You will receive proper reminders and notices below:

What happens if I do not pay rent on time?

  1. Automated email reminder after the due date.
  2. Notice of Demand 14 days after the due date.

Yes, your Landlord will be able to track the rental payment status from the app.


Mobile app: Click on the bottom right ‘More’ button. Then, click on “Rental Collection” to check the rental payment status.

Will my Landlord be notified in case of non-payment / if the rental hasn’t been paid or transferred to them?

Unfortunately, no. You can only start a new tenancy agreement on the SPEEDHOME Pay Rent Get Rewards platform.

Can I transfer my previous tenancy agreements into the SPEEDHOME Pay Rent Get Rewards platform?

It is not compulsory as your Landlord will be notified and receive the payment from SPEEDHOME within 3 working days. However, you are encouraged to inform the Landlord of your new way of paying rent so that he/she is aware.

Do I need my landlord’s consent before I start paying rent through SPEEDHOME?

SPEEDHOME will disburse the payment to the landlord’s bank accounts within 3 working days.

How long does it take for my Landlord to receive my payment?

Once you have shared your BIG ID, BIG Points will be processed and credited to your BIG accounts within 30 working days.

How long does it take to receive my BIG Points after I have signed up/completed the required actions?

You will be able to earn more BIG Points by referring your friends to use SPEEDHOME to pay rent or opt in to direct debit payment - automated monthly payments to conveniently pay and manage recurring bills.

How to earn more BIG Points?

You will gain entries when you achieve the following actions and entries accumulated will be refreshed every month.

How to join the Free Rent and Free Utility campaign?

When will the winner be announced & how do I know if I'm the winner?

16 winners will be announced every month on SPEEDHOME social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Winners will be notified via email to claim their prize.

How much are the Free Rent & Free Utility Rewards?

There will be 16 winners every month to win the following prizes:

  • RM1,500 Free Rent x 1 winner
  • RM100 Free Utility x 5 winners
  • RM50 Free Utility x 10 winners

I have won once, can I still join the Free Rent & Free Utility campaign and attempt to win again?

Yes you can, entries accumulated will be refreshed every month.

What happens if my rental value is less than RM1,500?

If your rental value is below RM1,500, the excess amount will be used to deduct rent for the following month.

What happens if my utility bill amount is less than the reward amount?

The excess amount will be carried forward to the following month and you will only be required to top up the balance.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only residential units types that are high-rise whole unit / landed whole unit.
  • Rooms are not eligible. Monthly rental are priced at RM800 and above.
  • Stacking of rewards depends on its separate terms and conditions.
  • Rewards only applies and valid to registered, individual accounts with SPEEDHOME.
  • To avoid forfeiture of any rewards, you and your Landlord must be different people with different bank account details
  • SPEEDHOME is not responsible for incorrect entry or details submitted by any parties.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change or terminate any rewards offer at any time, without notice.
  • Limit the amount of rewards you are eligible to receive.
  • Withhold any payments or rewards in our sole discretion if we deem there has been a misuse of the reward programme, or that was obtained under fraudulent circumstances or violation.

By participating in SPEEDHOME Rewards Program, you agree that your participation will conform to the terms and conditions specified herein.

  • If you are currently participating in the SPEEDHOME reward program and the preceding representations become inaccurate, you agree to immediately inform SPEEDHOME at hello@speedhome.com.
