Q: What is Free Insurance Upgrade about?

A: Free insurance upgrade refers to Free On-time Rental (for Basic & Extended package subscriber) or Free Inconvenience Benefits & Minor Damage Coverage upgrade from RM2000 to RM3,000 (for Extended+ package subscriber). Free Inconvenience Benefits & Minor Damage Coverage upgrade from RM2,000 to RM3,000 is only applicable for insurance policy that is less than 2 months old. If participant's insurance package is more than 2 months old, RM200 cash reward will be provided instead.



Q: What is the RM200 incentive about?

A: When your referee gets a new tenant successfully in SPEEDHOME, you can choose to be rewarded with RM200 cash reward or a free insurance upgrade.

Q: How do I get notify if my referee has listed a property and/or has rented out successfully?

A: SPEEDHOME will notify you via email if there is a succesful property listing captured from your referral link.

Q: What incentive will my referred landlord friend receives?

A: Your referee will receive a RM100 cash rebate on their insurance premium or Free Insurance Upgrade from SPEEDHOME.

  • The referral scheme only applies to new users of SPEEDHOME. You cannot refer someone that has already signed up to SPEEDHOME (previously Speedrent).
  • The referral scheme only applies and valid to registered, individual accounts with Speedrent Technology Sdn Bhd (“SPEEDHOME”).
  • To qualify for the referral reward, referred friends must open a SPEEDHOME account using their designated referral link from your invitation and post property within 6 months of receiving the invitation, and complete the agreement deal and transact with SPEEDHOME.

What is the add-on deal about:

  • Participant who introduce a new landlord to SPEEDHOME and rented out a property will have the option to either receive a RM200 Cash Reward as per the current reward system or receive a free insurance upgrade.
  • Free insurance upgrade option only applies for referral deals that happen from 1 October 2021 to 30 November 2021.
